Helen on the Preserve Trail

Margaret Davis and I hiked 4.5 miles today at the Santa Rosa Plateau Ecological Reserve www.srpf.org in Murrieta, CA. We saw Chocolate Lilies, Poppies, Ground Pinks, Wild Cucumbers, and tons more wildflowers. We even saw a water snake in the Vernal Pond....way cool......

Looks like fun. How do you find the time? Haven't the wild flowers been gorgeous this year?

Yes! The flowers were lovely. I've never seen so many different types in one meadow before. You guys should go up there if you have a chance in the next couple of weeks......Hiking and Biking are my fitness routines right now..and its fun...that's how I find the time!
